Title: Research progress of soil environment benchmarking in China

Lecturer Profile:

Researcher of the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, doctoral tutor, PI of the State Key Laboratory of Environmental Benchmarks and Risk Assessment, Chief Scientist of the National Key R&D Program, member of the National Environmental Benchmark Expert Committee, member of the Eco-Environment Restoration Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences Member of the editorial board of "Scientific Research", the youth editorial board of the international journal BECT, and the outstanding Communist Party member of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment in 2021.

Mainly engaged in soil environmental geochemistry, exposure measurement and risk assessment, and soil environmental benchmark research. He has presided over a number of national, provincial, and ministerial-level scientific research projects such as national key R&D projects, general and special projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, scientific research projects for environmental protection public welfare industries, and environmental benchmarking work projects of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. He has published more than 140 papers in domestic and foreign journals such as PNAS, ES&T, Environment International, and China Science: Earth Science, edited 1 monograph, compiled 1 national environmental protection standard and 3 group standards, and obtained 12 national invention patents.
